“Transformational life coach helping people struggling with stress, anxiety and low self-esteem, gain clarity and confidence to change their lives”

About Me

I’m Neil, I am a certified transformational life coach and author with one simple mission: to help people become greater versions of themselves and live life to the fullest.

If you are experiencing stress or anxiety caused by major life changes, limiting beliefs or weight problems, or you are lacking in joy and inspiration but know in your heart that there must be more to life, then you are in the right place.

Working with me as your life coach, we’ll remove the barriers that have held you back for so long. You will be provided with the tools to explore, trust and believe in a new you.

“If you worry about yesterday’s failures, then today’s success will be few.”

Who can I help?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions on the right, then I can absolutely help you to get your life back on track.

Just like you, I am human and I understand that when things happen it can really set you back, but I am here to show you how to stay motivated and committed to your goals, to live the life you deserve.

I only work with people who I know I can help, so if you tick any of the boxes above, why not book a FREE 30 minute discovery call?

This call is all about you.

We will discuss your concerns and goals and ultimately, see if we are a good fit to work together before moving forward.

Do you have low self-confidence and constantly worry about what other people think about you?
Are you fed up of consistently failing to stick to diets?
Do you find it hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance?
Do you have negative relationships with food and body image?
Do you feel that the past stands in the way of your future?
Do you feel lost and confused after a relationship breakdown?

“You are the only real obstacle in your path to a fulfilling life.”

I am a certified, transformational life coach based in Dorset and Hampshire, UK and my mission is simple:
I want to help people know that they can become greater versions of themselves.
I want you to know that you can take charge of your life…and that’s exactly what I am here to help you do. Having lived experience of pain and uncertainty, combined with my coaching certification, I am fully equipped to guide others to a happier, more fulfilling life.
When working with you, it is my job to help you gain clarity and give you the tools necessary to implement the change you desire. I am not here to tell you what you want to hear, or to do the work for you, I am here to help you be your best possible self.
I like to think of my coaching in a similar way to a personal trainer. I can advise you, I can give you a gym membership, I can show you how to work the machines and give you a diet plan… But if you don’t step foot in the gym and break a sweat, your life isn’t going to change.
If you’re ready to commit to making changes in your life for the better and you want someone by your side with all the tools you’ll need, then let’s talk, I’d love to help you reach those goals.

Life coaching can be used at many different points in a person’s life, however is most common for people suffering with stress or anxiety during a time of a significant life change or when trying to achieve a particular goal, such as weight loss.

Life coaching can help you get clear on your goals, identify obstacles holding you back and set out a clear path to overcoming each obstacle. Life coaches are great at identifying people’s strengths and they use this ability to create unique programs for each client, in order to create long-term change.

Life coaching usually consists of 1:1 sessions between yourself and your coach, on a (typically) weekly basis. The first step in coaching is helping you establish your goals and what barriers are standing in your way of achieving them.

Your coach will then help you break down those barriers and work with you to lay out the steps needed to get you from point A (where you are now) to point B (where you want to be).

At the end of each session, your coach will give you weekly tasks – ‘homework’ if you like – which will help you to progress towards your goals each week.

Whilst there are similarities between a life coach and a counsellor, it is important to also know the differences.

Both coaches and counsellors will help you identify obstacles that are holding you back and they both want to help you towards a happier, more fulfilled life.
One of the key differences is in the process for getting you to your happier, more fulfilled life.

Whilst counselling focuses on the emotions, feelings and healing, with conversations often centred around the past, coaching aims to challenge thought processes and help you identify actionable steps towards your goals. It is a coach’s job to look to the future, be action-focused and hold you accountable for achieving your potential.

“SUCCESS consists of going from failure to failure without loss of ENTHUSIAM.”
