How does 1:1 coaching work?
First, we will discuss where your life is today, what changes you want, and the goals you want to achieve.
An initial discovery call will provide insight, to both you and I, on your goals and what you feel is holding you back from reaching them. From the discovery call, you will already have a greater level of clarity, enabling you to get clear on the results you want.
If we both feel like we are a good match for coaching, I will then propose your unique, tailor-made coaching program, enabling you to start implementing changes and getting results as quickly as possible.
My motivational coaching programmes range from 3 to 12 months, where we’ll have regular sessions via video/phone calls. I’ll provide you with all of the tools necessary for you to work on key areas where needed. Additional support between sessions is available during working hours via email/message.
My coaching style is authentic, pure and firm, yet I am versatile to ensure that you get the best outcome in order for you to get the results that you want.
Just like a personal trainer, I will be at your side and will devote an enormous amount of energy, time and effort into supporting you.
